Daily Reconciliation

Total investor balance_usd across all wallets must equal actual Stanbic custodial account balance. Reconcile every business day before processing withdrawals.

Audit Trail

Every deposit confirmation and withdrawal completion is logged with admin ID, timestamp and bank reference. All wallet_transactions records are immutable.

Reserved Funds Control

Withdrawal amounts are reserved immediately on request, preventing double-spend. Funds only debited from balance when admin marks complete.
